Chapter President - TFS Chapter Network. Location: TFS-Wide AND Specific Community
As a Chapter President, you will be responsible for bringing Teach for Speech to your community and running programs to make an impact towards the youth in your community. You are given autonomy as to what you do with your chapter and how you change your community. Some responsibilities include:
- Conducting email and social media outreach
- Developing an adapted curriculum
- Leading a chapter team
- Managing a team of volunteers/tutors
- Communicating to the Core Team about the status of your chapter

Curriculum Developer - TFS Education Team. Location: TFS-Wide
Working under the TFS Education Team, a Curriculum Developer is tasked with the review and updating of the TFS curriculum, making sure that the TFS curriculum is kept up to date. Additionally, they may assist various chapters in their curriculum development. Some responsibilities include:
- Working and brainstorming with a team
- Thinking critically to optimize and increase the interactivity of lessons
- Developing new slides and lesson ideas for the TFS curriculum

Outreach Coordinator - TFS Outreach Team. Location: TFS-Wide AND/OR Specific Community
Working under the TFS Outreach Team, an Outreach Coordinator is tasked with conducting various outreach efforts to further TFS' impact in the community. This team is also tasked with connecting to communities and organizations which will be beneficial to connect with. Some responsibilities include:
- Developing and problem-solving various outreach strategies
- Executing outreach strategies
- Compiling reports on strategy success, reflecting and redeveloping

Social Media Manager - TFS Outreach Team. Location: TFS-Wide
Working under the TFS Outreach Team, a Social Media Manager is tasked with managing the various social media accounts of TFS, and works closely with the Outreach Team to plan and produce social media posts. This team manages the Instagram, Discord, and any other social platform that TFS uses. PREVIOUS EXPERIENCE PREFERRED. Some responsibilities include:
- Brainstorming ways to increase the social media impact of TFS
- Piloting new social media initiatives, such as polls, programs, etc.
- Communicating with Outreach Coordinators and the Core Team for Social Media needs of other TFS teams
